Its So Nice To Be Precise!
The Meaning Of Precision At The Torch.
2-day Class
with Kristina Logan
Kristina, known as the Dot Queen,
will go into great detail about how she achieves her recognizable
precision. Whether you like to make dots, flowers, or abstract,
organic designs on your beads, there is always an element of
precision that exists. Hand-Eye control is essential at the torch.
In this class students will work
on specific techniques and tasks in beadmaking--
yes-dots!, manipulating stringers, clear casing, working large
beads, and various surface decorations. The goal of the class
is to have each student develop better hand-eye control, spacing,
and overall flame control when applying decoration to beads.
By gaining precision, students can transform their own beads
to the next level.
This workshop is designed for
the experienced beadmaker (any experience will do!)
$385. (includes lunch both days)
